Geo Transfer Driver App Policies

Welcome to the Geo Transfer Driver App (the “App”), operated by Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd. By using the App, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of the App

• The App facilitates drivers in connecting with users for transportation services.
• Drivers must have a valid SLTDA license and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Use of the App is subject to approval by Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd.

2. Driver Responsibilities

• Drivers must comply with all applicable traffic and transport regulations.
• Drivers are responsible for providing high-quality, timely, and professional services to users.
• Drivers must accept payment directly from users and remit the applicable commission to Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd.

3. Commission Fees and Payment

• Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd charges a commission for each completed booking.
• SLTDA-licensed drivers may qualify for reduced commission rates.
• Commissions must be deposited within 2 weeks after the service is completed.

4. Cancellations and Disputes

• Drivers are encouraged to avoid last-minute cancellations.
• Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd reserves the right to mediate and make a final decision in disputes.

5. Suspension or Termination

Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate driver accounts for:

• Misconduct or poor service quality.
• Failure to pay the commission on time.
• Violating the terms of this agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any disputes, accidents, or damages occurring during the provision of services by drivers.

7. Changes to Terms

• Geo Tourism Pvt Ltd may update these terms at any time, with notice provided to drivers.

5. Your Rights

• You may access and update your profile information via the App.

3. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 days.

4. Disputes
